Provides guidance and assistance offered in organizing health insurance paper work such as doctor bills, hospital bills, and MSN statements. Provides Prescription assistance. Applications are also available for the Medicare Savings Programs

The Legal Hotline is a telephone services staffed by attorneys who take calls from older Georgians and their families. They also serve grandparents raising grandchildren. Hotline attorneys give legal advice, brief services and referrals to other attorneys or services where necessary.

Trained volunteer counselors help Medicare beneficiaries sort through the complexities of Medicare and reated health insurance concerns.
