SERVICES INCLUDE: Adult day care, Congregated Nutrition, Family Caregiver Support Program, Health Promotions & Disease program, Medication Management,Home delivery meals, In-Home aide, LTC Ombudsman, Legal services, Project C.A.R.E, Transportation, Senior center, and Information and Referral.
