Promote the independence of older adults through education, advocacy, and coordination of community-based services. Our primary commitment is to deliver quality services to older adults with the greatest social or economic needs- as resources allow we may serve others with similar characteristics. Services include: Adult Day Care, APPRISE Program, Assessment Services, Care Management, Domiciliary Care Program, Family Caregiver Support Program, Home Delivered Meals, In-Home Community Based Services, Information and Referral, Legal Assistance, Nursing Home Transition, New Horizons, Ombudsman, Aging Waiver Program, Prime Time Health, Protective Services, Rent-A-Kid, Senior Community Centers, Senior Games, Speakers Bureau, Transportation Services, and Volunteer Programs.
