Description:
SAAA operates seven Active Living Centers. In addition we have four respite centers for early to mid-stage Alzheimer's or related dementia - Our Place. A couples' program, You & Me, offers a dual program for caregivers and care recipients where one has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's or related dementia.
Special Notes:
Programs include meals, fellowship, health screenings, nutritional education. Homebound, over 60: meals-on-wheels, transportation, housekeeping and personal care services are available. In addition, on Fridays, we have insurance (Medicare/Medicaid) counselors in-house.
