Southwest Washington Agency on Aging and Disabilities

Administers Medicaid in-home services, non-Medicaid services, and other community-based services in Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Skamania and Wahkiakum counties. These services empower seniors and persons with disabilities with the resources necessary to remain in their own home. Programs include: Information and Assistance, Medicaid/Non-Medicaid Case Management and Medicaid/Non-Medicaid In-home/Personal care, Family Caregiver Support Programs, Nutrition Programs, Legal Services, Senior Transportation, Long Term Care Ombudsman and Gatekeeper Programs.
