Description:
The Ombudsman staff and volunteers visit each nursing and rest home on a weekly or bi-monthly basis. The Ombudsman receives, investigates and resolves any complaints dealing with nursing or rest homes in the communities of Belmont, Brookline, Newton, Needham, Watertown, Waltham, Weston and Wellesley.
