Driving Direction:
From points East - take Route 70W to 40W (Hagerstown). This exit will bring you directly onto the Dual Highway. Four Points Sheraton will be on the right. Proceed on 40W (Dual Highway) past Eastern Blvd. intersection approximately 2 miles. When approaching downtown (stay in right hand lane), 40W turns into E. Franklin Street. Continue on Franklin Street, which only goes west - WCCOA offices are at 140 W. Franklin Street. It is two blocks from the Hagerstown Post Office (on right) - you will pass the Christ Reformed Church. Directly beside of the church is the parking lot (surrounded by brick walls). The name of our building is "Aspiring to Serve" (you will see small sign - same location as REACH & other agencies). Take elevator to 4th floor offices.
