The Aging and Disability Resource Network is a trusted service delivery network that adults of all incomes, ages and disabilities can turn to for informatin in accessing the full range of long term services and supports. This network enhances individual choice and supports informed decision making.

Partner organizations include LEAP, Department of Senior and Adult Services, First Call for Help/2-1-1 Cleveland, the city of Cleveland, and the county councils on aging-- Cuyahoga County- Geauga County- Lake County- Lorain County- Medina County.
