Senior LinkAge is a free telephone information and assistance service, which assists older adults and their families to locate community and caregiver resources. Senior LinkAge is available to people over the telephone or in-person at community outreach sites. Health insurance counseling is provided when a person has questions on Medicare, supplemental insurance, long term care insurance, Medicare Advantage plans, etc. Senior LinkAge (RxConnect) is available to assist anyone of any age in obtaining free and low cost medications. Senior LinkAge is also available to assist Medicare Beneficiaries of all ages regarding Medicare Part D. They can assist beneficiaries in comparing and choosing a Part D plan. Senior LinkAge can also assist the Medicare Beneficiary if they are having difficulties receiving their medications at the correct co-pay or need assistance with any other issues they may be having regarding Medicare Part D.
