Council on Aging in Union County is a multi-service agency including the following services: In Home Aide, Information and Assistance, evidence based health promotion programs, Family Caregiver Support Program, Health Insurance Counseling and Older Americans Senior Community Service Employment Program. We do not have Transportation or a Meals/Nutrition program.

SERVICES INCLUDE: LTC Ombudsman and Information & Referral.

Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services is a multi-service agency including but not limited to the following services: Transportation, Adult Day Care/Day Health, In Home Aide Services, Congregate Meals, Home Delivered Meals, Family Caregiver Support Program, and Medicaid eligibility.
