AAATC provides the following: - Care Coordination including short-term, in-home services for people at least age 60 and their caregivers - Benefits Counseling to assist older adults in claiming the various kinds of insurance and public benefits for which they are entitled - Public Outreach including presentations to community groups - In targeted neighborhoods, locate and serve isolated older adults who have little or no local family support. - Funding for Long Term Care Ombudsman, home delivered meals, Senior Center meals and transportation - The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) helps older adults and people who have a disability, their families and caregivers to understand their options and to successfully connect with the services and supports they need
