The Board on Aging and Long Term Care primarily advocates for people aged 60 and older, who reside in a Nursing Home (NH), Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), Adult Family Home (AFH) or receive funding through The Community Options Program (COP).

Aging units in the planning & service area include Adams, Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Brown, Buffalo, Burnett, Calumet, Chippewa, Clark, Columbia, Crawford, Dodge, Door, Douglas, Dunn, Eau Claire, Florence, Fond Du Lac, Forest, Grant, Green, Green Lake, Iowa, Iron, Jackson, Jefferson, Juneau, Kenosha, Kewaunee, La Crosse, Lafayette, Langlade, Lincoln, Manitowoc, Marathon, Marinette, Marquette, Monroe, Oconto, Oneida, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Portage, Price, Racine, Richland, Rock, Rusk, Saint Croix, Sauk, Sawyer, Shawano, Sheboygan, Taylor, Trempealeau, Vernon, Vilas, Walworth, Washburn, Washington, Waukesha, Waupaca, Waushara, Winnebago, Wood. The Aging & Disability Resource Center (also known as ADRC) is a no cost single point of contact for older adults, persons with long-term illness seeking information and/or assistance, persons with physical or developmental disabilities, persons with chronic and persistent mental illness, children with disabilities in transition to the adult service system, family caregivers, friends, professionals and the general public.
