Elder Care Servies Serving Seneca, WI

The Board on Aging and Long Term Care primarily advocates for people aged 60 and older, who reside in a Nursing Home (NH), Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), Adult Family Home (AFH) or receive funding through The Community Options Program (COP).

Part of the Southwest Regional ADRC -South, the ADRDC of Crawford county provides information and assistance- operates programs funded under the federal Older Americans Act as well as those funded in part with state dollars general purpose revenue such as the Elderly Benefit Specialist program. Particpant donations, including volunteerism, are appreciated and invaluable in assuring programs are able to be maintained.

Aging units in the planning & service area include Adams, Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Brown, Buffalo, Burnett, Calumet, Chippewa, Clark, Columbia, Crawford, Dodge, Door, Douglas, Dunn, Eau Claire, Florence, Fond Du Lac, Forest, Grant, Green, Green Lake, Iowa, Iron, Jackson, Jefferson, Juneau, Kenosha, Kewaunee, La Crosse, Lafayette, Langlade, Lincoln, Manitowoc, Marathon, Marinette, Marquette, Monroe, Oconto, Oneida, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Portage, Price, Racine, Richland, Rock, Rusk, Saint Croix, Sauk, Sawyer, Shawano, Sheboygan, Taylor, Trempealeau, Vernon, Vilas, Walworth, Washburn, Washington, Waukesha, Waupaca, Waushara, Winnebago, Wood.
