This program provides free health benefit counseling services to those aged 65 and older, those who are Medicare beneficiaries due to disability, and their families.

SERVICES INCLUDE: LTC Ombudsman, Nutriton Program, Case management, Caregiver Resources program, Matter of Balance program(person safety program), Michigan SHIP program, and information & Referral.
