The St. Louis Area Agency on Aging (SLAAA) provides services to seniors and persons with disabilities 18-59 living in the City of St. Louis. SLAAA receives federal, state, and local funding. This funding does not cover the entire cost of services. SLAAA welcomes contributions. Clients will not be denied service if they are unable to contribute. SLAAA services include: Information and Assistance, Case Management, Care Coordination & Benefits Assistance services (LIS, MORx, Medicare Prescription Drug info, Circuit Breaker,etc.), Senior Centers, Home Delivered Meals, Transportation, Minor Home Repair, Respite, Legal Services- Wellness Programs: Eye van, Flu shots, Eat Better Move More, Chronic Disease Self management, Arthritis classes, and Caregiver Programs.

The Southeast Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability is part of a state wide network of agencies who work to assure that our state's older residents and individuals with disabilities receive the services they need to live as independently as possible for as long as possible. We advocate when it is necessary, work with providers to develop services and programs, and seek always to provide the information needed for both communities and individual families to make good decisions.
